Fx and box-shadow style

When some elements on a page have -moz-box-shadow or -webkit-box-shadow properties then all the Fx transitions getting really slow. Check it out if we could do something about it

- State changed from “new” to “invalid”
seems like it's an issue of the browsers, how they handle pages rendering in real-time. scanning the whole page for the shadows is rather expensive, so I've just lowed down the fx fps a bit, now it should get better.
