document.onReady in IE

seems like document.onReady ain't working in IE (6,7) when a script was included outside of the tags.
check it out, maybe we can do something about it.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
seems like it works perfectly with the 'readyState' check just as konqueror does. So now it works both ways.
