Opera 9.x support

As I promised at LOR, I took a look when had a spare minute, and it turned out, the the problem is purely in syntax: <opera-9.50 doesnt allow the following:

k = i ++ / j

Parentheses just do the trick. Tested it (in Opera 9.27) with your fx-demo.html, all worked well.
