Maybe we should nuke the event firing shortcuts?

They seemed quite pointless case mostly got rewritten by code, and we are mostly using the #fire method to fire events, which is more readable.
That thing could clean up some of the Element.Methods list so it polluted the namespace less, and worked faster on IE 6/7
