Observer#observes can be optimized

it could reuse the #listeneres method in some sort of like that
observes: function(event, callback) {
return !!this.listeners(event).first(function(i) {
// bla bla bla
});
}
we probably could do something about the #stopObserving method too

- State changed from “new” to “invalid”
it didn't really give us anything useful but slows the things down a bit
