Xhr#send fix

Replace
if (method == 'get') {
url += (url.includes('?') ? '&' : '?') + data;
data = null;
}
with
if (method == 'get') {
if (data) url += (url.includes('?') ? '&' : '?') + data;
data = null;
}
so it didn't add the trailing & to the end
