Make the Element#html work both ways

Currently Element#html method only returns the html
content, but think it would be a good idea if it worked as a setter
too, probably without the JavaScript processing, just a quick
innerHTML assignment

once we will have a quick html-assignment method, we will be able to get rid of all the duplicative crap in the
#updatemethod. -
