prompt dialog scrollbars in Opera

When opening a prompt dialog with a shorter label (under 25 chars maybe) there are scrollbars when using Opera.

Removing the css property of "overflow: auto" for div.rui-dialog-body fixes this but not sure why overflow would be needed as the prompt is resized automatically.

rightjs 2.2.3 and dialog 2.2.0

- State changed from “new” to “invalid”
can't confirm the issue. probably was a bug in some older version of Opera
