Handle position not changin when slider hidden

When slider created in a hidden block (div) and then its value set with setValue() and after that the block is showed - handler at initial position, although assigned edit has value than has been set.

    That's because when the block is hidden there is no way figure out the handler's position. You should show it up first and then call the setValue
