RightJS UI autorescan feature

Make all the RightJS UI modules extend the Element#update, Element#insert methods so that they automatically initiate the rescan when an element was updated

- State changed from “new” to “invalid”
Think it's better to leave it up to the user so that the feature didnt' slowed down the other things
