Olds and Element extending optimization

I think it's better we move the elements extensions out of the document.createElement method, so that the people would have option for fast elements building.
Plus would be cool to see if there is a way to optimize the actual extending process. Maybe split it in the $ext method on two cases with and without existence check, or something like that.

manual extension didn't help, seems like the problem is the number of methods, but we can't help there.
