Update the docs
1) Fx#pause/resume are nuked
2) Fx.Options.Engine added
3) Object.merge performs a deep merge
4) new Wrapper is not supported anymore
5) $(window).onReady is gone
6) $super calls on modules are available now
Mention Object.each in there
