Lightbox has wrong size in IE 7 and 8

Lightbox has wrong size in IE 7 and 8.
The problem also occurs on the demo pages http://rightjs.org/ui/lightbox/demo
I didn't test it in IE 6.

No problem!
The issue was with new css inlining feature, before RightJS 2.2 we used a simple
document.writecall, but with RightJS 2.2 I reworked it so it was compatible with asynchronous script loaders like RequireJS and so one, and IE8 for some mysterious reasons missed some styles with the new inliner. I'd patched it a bit, now it seems working just fine
