Don't let Tooltip appear offscreen

Тултип
вылазит за
экран, если
курсор
рядом с
нижним
краем.
Вдобавок,
это может
вызывать
вертикальную
полосу
прокрутки,
что сужает
рабочую
область
экрана и,
тем самым,
некрасиво
дёргает
положение
элементов.
Надо не
пускать
Тултип за
экран, тем
более, что
ему там
делать
нечего!
Спасибо за

Tooltip appears off screen when it is called near the lower edge.
Also this can invoke the appearance of browser scrollbar. Which is
narrowing the work area, so some page elements unesthetically jump
left, then right. Let it not go over the edge - besides, it has
nothing to do there!
