Add support for next year/prev year to the calendar widget

I was using the calendar widget to let a user input a birthday, and it's a pain to go through the years month by month, so I'd like to see the calendar include a next year/prev year near the month buttons.

I'm attaching a patch that accomplishes this goal. I basically added the next year/prev year buttons to the calendar widget, but I had to put the month title on a new row in order to ensure that the month name has enough room to fit.

Hey Damian,
Sorry, been busy with some personal stuff.
I think we could do you know what? we could optionally replace the title 'Month 2009' with two selectboxes, as it's done in other projects, one with months the other with years.

Hey Damian,
I've just pushed the next/prev year buttons feature. I ended up with your idea of two additional buttons, but then I used short month names to make it fit a single line.
