Injectable Observer

Currently the Observer unit is a class that supposed to be inherited, would be cool to be able to inject it as a module in classes too

Seems like this feature is rather pointless, you can do the same by calling Observer.create on the element, and you're loosing the $super call on the constructor as the events receiver anyway.
